This is the basic ongoing OPERATING STRUCTURE that will apply for those individuals / companies holding the REPRESENTATION AGREEMENT extended by us –once duly signed and certified by our legal advisory team.

TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS

No confirmed ACTIVE STATUS will be given to anyone who´s remanufacturing and marketing campaign is not followed closely by a qualified pharmaceutical and/or herbal science -technical advisory team, whose knowledge and product understanding is not fit for the task

PRESENTATION AND PRICING

Pricing: US$ 900.00 –per bag EX-WORKS farm

This is very convenient altogether.The price of the raw material comes up to US$ 900.00 x 45.45 Kgs
..which translates on a cost of US$ 0.06 per each 3 grs –tea bag x 7 bags for a full -7- day treatment acc. to the required equivalent dosage for treating MALARIA This is all what´s necessary for moving up defense- mechanisms associated with the anti-pyretic and anti-plasmodial activity of Quinine alkaloids, as this will directly inhibit the required chemical cytoplasmic conditions for allowing the entrance of the virus within the cell membrane, and will act against its replication if it’s already inside. These are both the equivalent scenarios displayed by patients using hidroxi-cloroquine or cloroquine, except for the very important fact, that as the alkaloids are of all of botanical origin, their administration must follow the clinically proved/replicated performance that said tea-infusions of Cinchona species have assisted mankind –irrefutably, accurately and unarguably –in the last 400 years.

If we add re-manufacturing costs upping the end sales figure between 80-150 % , we end up with an overall treatment figure cost in the range from US$ 0.76 – US$ 1.05 per patient, away from the fact that there are no serious hidden side effects when recommended doses is not breached.

RE-MANUFACTURING

Product will be re-manufactured in country of destination by sub-contracting or directly operating ( in case of ownership @ machinery ) the re-packing of milled product in TEA BAGS –holding 3 grs each –for individual use, or other SIZEABLE OPTIONS for tea pouches with a 25 or 50 grs weight, depending on its final use for communities or larger groups . The tea bags measurements and boxes to contain said products will have to be previously approved by us. The boxes will be printed with the already available art ( text and graphics ) that we have already at hand, indicating in the required section that : PRODUCT IS RE-MANUFACTURED UNDER LICENSE EXTENDED BY QUININAS DE GUATEMALA S.A.
TRIALS

Each authorized representative will start with the import and re-manufacturing of at least 10 bags of 100 Lbs –each.

This will add immediate commitment to the intended business scenarios anyone aims to guarantee his position as a trust-worthy associate and product representative.

PAYMENT

Every shipment initial trial amount will be paid for in advance –at the informed price above. It will be added the cost of :
Export Documentation US$ 175.00 per shipment
Labeling for each customer US$ 5.00 per bag
Freight … depending on agreed rates by Freight Forwarders

DISTRIBUTION

Each authorized representative will be responsible for using and existing or setting up his own distribution network within his country or specific community.

The distribution capacity of every authorized representative will necessarily be evaluated in the first -6- weeks of its sales operation to identify on whether there are some weak spots in their approach for advertising, effective sales and customer follow up.

TARGET AREAS

The aim is to receive some quick clinical information and the well being of target groups –whether currently affected by COVID-19 or highly susceptible to the disease. Evaluation of symptoms and their evolution by the technical advisory team in conjunction with the HEALTH AUTHORITIES deployed locally in each case scenario is crucial to take swift evidence of the therapeutic and prophylactic response associated with support treatment protocols
